Mission Statement

It is the mission of Shelter Care Ministries to provide shelter, awaken hope, and honor dignity for every person who seeks assistance through our programs. Our focus is on supporting individuals living with a chronic mental illness and ending homelessness for families and individuals in Winnebago and Boone counties.
